Living your Yoga...

We all want to change the World 4 the better. The best way to do it is to do practices like Asana and Meditation that help us to be Present.


When we are Present, we are more likely to make Choices that support Peace & Harmony.


Those days, practice with this in mind. It will calm our thoughts and bring a bit of Peace in the Chaos we are going through.
